This was a really special project for us – we kept things super low-key with just a two person crew, and we spent the whole day with the Ambition Portsmouth team, properly getting to know everyone to make sure we got the best out of them. By the end it felt less like a shoot and more like being welcomed in by a family, which is exactly why people were willing to open up the way they did on camera. We also sat down with Dame Carol Black to bring some real expert context to the project.
