Let's Get Kids Swimming

Tom Dean Swim School

INTRO

We worked with Tom Dean Swim School and The Royal Foundation on Let's Get Kids Swimming, Wherever They Live – a community impact film shining a light on a vital but often overlooked issue: too many children reach secondary school without ever learning to swim. The film follows The Royal Foundation's programme to deliver 1,000 learn-to-swim packages to children who wouldn't otherwise have access, told through the voices of the people making it happen on the ground.

OUTCOME

The film brings together British Triple Olympic Champion Tom Dean MBE alongside community pool operators and swim coaches from Birtley and Swim City, capturing their shared commitment to getting every child in the water. We delivered a long-form documentary for The Royal Foundation's YouTube channel – rooted in real stories, real places, and real impact – alongside a social cutdown for Instagram. The result is a film that doesn't shout about a cause, it just shows you why it matters.
